Spring Breeze is a story of searching for identity. While living in the U.S., my nephew—a young Taiwanese man—grapples with the fractured nature of his national identity. Through music and the suppressed history of Taiwan’s White Terror era, he begins to reclaim what was lost.

Part of the feature documentary Hear, Eat, Home, Spring Breeze will also be released as a stand-alone short. The larger film follows immigrant artists, led by Syrian clarinetist Kinan Azmeh, as they explore identity, displacement, and belonging through music and shared meals.

《小島春風》是長片紀錄片《傾聽炊煙的方向》的一部分。我們也計畫將其剪輯成獨立的短篇作品。整部電影以敘利亞單簧管演奏家奇南・阿茲梅（Kinan Azmeh）為引，追隨一群移民藝術家，他們以創作為語言，以餐桌為舞台，在他鄉共築歸屬之歌。
